I finally finished it last night. The wizards of the Unseen University aren't usually my favourite group of Discworld characters (though I've always thought that the Librarian was brilliant), but I enjoyed them all very much in this one. After books like Thud! and the Monstrous Regiment, which I thought were good but sometimes a little low on the absurd humour that was the thing that originally drew me towards the Discworld series, I was really glad to find that this one had a lot of laugh out loud moments. Loved the new characters too, especially Nutt. I'm definitely going to be writing a few drabbles about them when I have the time.

On another note, I haven't got round to reading Nation yet (shameful for a so called Pratchett fan, I know). The feedback I've got on it from RL friends on it has been a little mixed, but most of them aren't quite as into Pratchett as I am. Anybody here read it and got any feelings one way or another?
